As a Retail and Technology leader with over 20 years of dynamic leadership spanning three continents and numerous industries, KC specializes in designing and leading transformations that actually stick. Her work focuses on re-architecting how organizations operate, decide, and execute, not just implementing new tools or processes.
Her expertise is grounded in firsthand experience across dozens of large-scale transformations with some of the biggest brands in the world, where she observed — and systematically addressed — the recurring reasons most initiatives stall or fail: misaligned decision ownership, fragmented data and analytics, disconnected operating models, and linear process thinking applied to multidimensional businesses.
KC’s DTS Frameworks leverage deep experience in international business, strategic planning, operating-model design, data governance, analytics, machine learning, and product innovation, complemented by a multi-faceted academic background in Economics, International Business, Mandarin Chinese, and Product Development. This combination allows her to bridge business strategy, technology, and human ways of working into coherent, executable systems.
